
NH Man Charged With Attempted Murder for Maine Stabbing
A New Hampshire man is accused of repeatedly stabbing a man in York, Maine.
New Hampshire Man Charged for Stabbing in York, Maine
Jeremy Potvin, 35, of New Hampshire is charged with attempted murder. The victim's name has not been released.
The York County Sheriff's Department was called to West Lebanon Road in Lebanon for a report of a disturbance. While on their way to the call, deputies learned that there had allegedly been a stabbing.

The victim, a 52-year-old male, had left the home to seek medical attention for his injuries.
Maine Deputies Say York Victim Was Stabbed Many Times
Deputy Jason Solomon came across the victim on Carl Broggi Highway and immediately called for an ambulance.

The victim sustained seven stab wounds to the chest, face, back, and head and was transported to Maine Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
An investigation into the circumstances revealed that Jeremy Potvin of New Hampshire had gone to the victim's home and allegedly got into an argument with the victim. Officials say that argument escalated into a fight, during which the victim was stabbed repeatedly.
New Hampshire Man in Custody After Allegedly Stabbing a Man in Maine
Potvin was not at the home when deputies arrived, but was located sometime later by the Berwick Police Department and taken into custody.
He's been charged with criminal attempted murder and his bail was set at $150,000 cash.
