Thankfully, two of the folks involved in the incident have been apprehended and arrested. One is still at large. As is a large pooch!

According to the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office, after shots were allegedly fired by masked individuals during a home invasion on Danforth Drive in Glenburn Sunday afternoon, cops arrived on the scene and the suspects scattered.

One of those suspects allegedly made their way into another home that did not belong to them, and in doing so, let a dog who lived there out...and the animal ran off.

"Following the suspects' escape from the scene, one individual broke into a residence on Lake View Road. Although the homeowners were not present, their 9-year-old English Mastiff, named Rosie, was inside. During the disturbance, Rosie managed to escape from the home... Residents in the Glenburn area are urged to assist in the search... She is a friendly but timid dog, and she is wearing a collar along with a pink bandanna that has her identification information."
