Brewer, Maine Traffic Will Be Disrupted By Vice Presidential Visit

Brewer City Manager Eric Glidden says the Vice President's visit will significantly increase traffic in Brewer, throughout the day, particularly in the area around the East West Industrial Park Road, Baker Boulevard, Robertson Boulevard, and Stevens Road.
These areas will all be in a state of controlled access only during Vance's visit.
This will include intermittent closures during the day, so drivers not planning to attend the event are advised to avoid the area if possible.
An area of Robertson Boulevard, near the intersection of Baker Boulevard, has been designated as an assembly area for people to gather, however parking is limited.

Maple Street Park is the designated area for people who wish to assemble.
Anyone wishing to assemble in any other location will need to have permission from the property owner.
