The Garth has nearly sold-out the Bangor Drive-In showing of his Saturday virtual concert.

Garth Brooks will perform at drive-in movie theaters across the country, June 27. With thousands of fans attempting to purchase tickets last week, Ticketmaster experienced technical issues. Those issues caused some to be unable to purchase tickets, or experienced long wait times.

At one point last Friday, when tickets went on-sale, over 300,000 fans were cued for tickets.

While close to capacity, the Bangor Drive-In still has tickets available. As of Wednesday afternoon, the drive-in says they still have about 40 spots left, of the 300 available.

Tickets are sold per-car or truck. There is a limit of six people per vehicle, as long as there is a seat belt for everyone.

The Bangor Drive-In, located on Hammond Street in Hermon, reopened in 2015 after a nearly 30-year hiatus.
