Ellsworth Man Faces Multiple Charges for Restaurant Burglaries

An Ellsworth Man is Charged With 2 Counts of Burglary in This Case
Jacob T. Fallica, 23, of Ellsworth is charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and two counts of criminal mischief, in connection with some recent burglaries.

The Suspect Was Identified Through the Release of a Surveillance Video
Ellsworth Police posted a surveillance video on the department's Facebook page that was taken from a restaurant that had been burglarized. They asked for the public's help identifying the individual who appeared to be wearing a mask and a jacket or blanket over his head. With the help of community members who offered numerous tips and information, police were able to identify the person seen in the video.
On Friday, April 12th, Ellsworth Police arrested Jacob Fallica for multiple charges connected to the restaurant burglaries. He's currently being held at the Hancock County Jail on a probation hold until his first court appearance, scheduled for Wednesday, April 17th.
