The names of the biker and the truck driver have not been released.
Bangor Maine Officials Say the Crash Happened at a Broadway Intersection
Bangor Police Sergeant Jason McAmbley says the crash happened at around 4:00 Friday afternoon at the intersection of Bomarc Road and Burleigh Road. The operator of the motorcycle died at the scene.
Bangor Maine Drivers are Advised to Avoid the Area of the Crash for Several Hours
Detectives, police, and evidence technicians have closed the road while they reconstruct the crash. It's expected to be closed for the next several hours.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes around the scene.
