Waldo County Drug Investigation Results in 16 Arrests

Maine State Police have arrested 16 people in connection with an investigation into drug trafficking in Waldo County.

A weeklong investigation into drug activity in Waldo County culminated in the execution of a search warrant on September 14th at 175 Rocky Road in Northport. The result of the investigation was the arrest of 16 people, on various charges, including drug possession, felon in possession of a firearm, and bail violations. State Police were assisted in the investigation by state, local, and county law enforcement, including the Waldo County Sheriff's Department.

The following people are now facing charges:

• Ryan Flannery, 35 of Stockton Springs - Possession of Methamphetamine, Conditional Release Violation
• Candra Leckman, 32 of Augusta - Possession of Methamphetamine
• Zachary Joseph, 28 of Searsport - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Unlawful possession of hypodermic apparatus, Violation of Conditions of Release
• Maria Connors, 32 of Searsport - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin,Unlawful Possession of Hypodermic Apparatus, Violation of Conditions of Release
• Adam Barnes, 34 of Detroit - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin,Unlawful Possession of Hypodermic Apparatus, Violation of Conditions of Release
• Stephen Boyle, 49 of Northport - Possession of Methamphetamine, Felon in Possession of a Firearm
• Philip McFadden, 28 of Northport - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Possession of MDMA
• Kayla Garcelon, 29 of Searsport - Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, Violation of Conditions of Release
• Stacey Hughes, 46 of Northport - Possession of Methamphetamine
• Caitlyn McFadden, 26 of Belfast - Possession of Methamphetamine
• Tim Moody, 29 of Monroe - Possession of Methamphetamine
• Donald Resh, 44 of Searsport - Possession of Methamphetamine, Violation of Conditions of Release
• Charles Resh, 42 of Searsport - Possession of Heroin
• Joanna Mehuren, 35 of Searsmont - Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin
• Michael Babineau, 26 of Searsport - Violation of Conditions of Release
• Scott Swift, 34 of Belfast - Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Aggravated Trafficking of Heroin. Swift was also charged by the Waldo County Sheriff's Office with Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention
