Lobster Roll Express This Saturday in Unity
You are out and about who knows where, and you stop and get a lobster roll. What are you paying for it this year?
You are planning a trip on a train. What does that cost? And bet it doesn’t come with a lobster roll.
Solution is simple. Combine the two on the Lobster Roll Express. This Saturday, 6th, in Unity

Adults can enjoy lobster rolls on the hour long train ride for Belfast and Moosehead Lake Railroad’s next event.
The Lobster Roll Express is $33 for adults. $23 for children.
The ride begins with a scenic short trip to Unity Pond. Then your box lunch which includes a fresh lobster roll, chips, a cookie, and a beverage.
Back on the train after everyone has eaten, and the train ride continues into the woods of Waldo County before returning to Unity Station.
Total time an hour and a half.
This is the same historic railroad that offers famous fall foliage tours and other creative rides.
Last weekend was pizza and whoopie pies.
This week it’s fresh lobster. And a seat on the train heading out into the countryside.
All the money raised goes back to the non profit devoted to the effort of preserving and passing along history to the community, all while having fun.
