Silver Alert Issued for Man Last Seen in Lincolnville [UPDATE]

Maine State Police are asking for the public's help locating a man who went missing in Lincolnville.

UPDATE: Maine State Police say Mr. Bang has been located safely.

Officials say 83-year-old Peter Bang was last seen just after noon on Saturday. He was walking on the Bayview Trail in Lincolnville, when he became separated from the person he was with. Police say Bang suffers from advanced dementia and has recently been experiencing some shortness of breath.

Bang was last seen wearing a long-sleeve red plaid shirt and gray joggers that say 'Bailey' on them. He's described as a white male, 6' tall, 178 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
