Searchers Looking For Person Who Fell Into Kenduskeag Stream

A search is underway for a person who reportedly fell into the Kenduskeag Stream on Sunday afternoon.

UPDATE: Police have recovered the body of 41-year-old John Nadeau, of Indian Island. 

DEEMI Search and Rescue reported on the group's Facebook page that someone fell into the stream near Flour Mill. There's no information about the identity of the person, but Bangor Police say it's a man who's believed to have accidentally fallen into the stream at around 5:30 p.m. The search was called off after dark. Another update is expected in the morning.
