As I look through realtor.com, (which is a serious pastime for me) I'm always interested in multi-unit properties that present a variety of uses. Airbnb rentals are becoming more and more popular, as a way to make some extra cash, but then there's also the chance to pick your neighbors, selling one of the homes to friends or family.

Are Both Homes Good-Sized?

When I saw this property in Bar Harbor, I just had to go through the pictures to see the insides of these two homes. One is a gorgeous modern Victorian, complete with a turret and a sunroom. The other is brand new and handicap accessible. Both homes have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, all situated on a large lot.

What Type of Rental Opportunity Would This Be on Airbnb?

The homes are located at 2 Mountain Avenue, which is close to downtown and a quick walk away from the Kebo Valley Golf Club.
