A Brewer man was arrested in Bangor on multiple charges and a Brewer woman remains at large.

What Sent Police to Center Street?

Bangor Police Sergeant Jason McAmbley says the incident began when a 40-year-old man wearing only boxer shorts flagged down an officer who was driving by. He told the officer that he had been robbed while inside a residence on Center Street. Because of that report, Bangor Police Detectives and the Bangor Police Special Response Team served a warrant at the Center Street address.

Have Police Identified the Suspects?

While at the residence, Bangor Police arrested Ronald Cote, 42, of Brewer. He was transported to the Penobscot County Jail. Nicole Ford, 42, also of Brewer is being sought on an arrest warrant. Both Cote and Ford are charged with kidnapping, class A robbery, class B robbery, and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

Who Should We Call If We Know Where Police Can Find the Missing Suspect?

Anyone with information about Ford's whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Bangor Police Department.
