Police are asking for the public's help locating two people who allegedly used a bank card in Lincoln that went missing from an accident scene.

Maine State Police say the accident happened on June 5th in Howland. Details of the crash were not released, but police say the driver was sent to the hospital. The operator's wallet was never found at the scene of the accident. On June 8th, police were alerted to the fact that the driver's bank card had been used to make several significant purchases at Walmart and Dysart's in Lincoln.

Now, police are asking for the public's help identifying the male and female who allegedly used the bank card. Officials say the man has a tattoo on his left hand. Anyone who thinks they recognize the pair, or who has information about the thefts is asked to call the Troop E Barracks, and ask for Trooper Kurth at 207-973-3700.
