UPDATE: Liza Parker, the Bangor woman who was reported missing along with her two young children, has died in a crash on Interstate 95, according to police. The children survived the crash and are being hospitalized.

Below is the original story.

The Bangor Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a mother and her two children who were last seen Sunday afternoon in Bangor.

Liza Parker, 26, of Bangor, as well as her two children, 5-year-old Mason Worcester and 18-month-old Tiaona Robinson are considered missing after Parker did not arrive at a scheduled appointment with the children on the evening of Sept. 24.

Police say it was out of character for Parker to miss the meeting.

Police say it is possible they could be in the Ellsworth area. Ms. Parker is driving a Silver 2007 Maxda CX-7, bearing Maine Registration 9018WD.

If you have seen Ms. Parker or either child, you are encouraged to immediately contact the Bangor Police Department or your local police department.
