Details About the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Bangor, Maine
The walk begins and ends on the Bangor Waterfront on Front Street. Check-in is at 9:30am followed by a ceremony that begins at 10am. The walk kicks off at 10:30am. The forecast for Saturday is currently beautiful weather, partly cloudy skies, with highs in the upper 60's.
The goal for the walk in Bangor is to raise $80,000 and currently, organizers have raised almost $64,000. There is no fee to walk, but you are encouraged to raise funds through your efforts within your community.
