Christie Robinson is the co-host of The Nite Show with Danny Cashman on TV5 on Saturday Nights.

She's also a long-time actor with the Penobscot Theatre Company. And she's gone viral on Facebook with her song about her Egg Ride participation.

First-time rider Christie is excited to join us for the Q106.5 Egg Ride as one of our celebrity egg riders this year and is fundraising here.

Every dollar raised goes to Pine Tree Camp. They have an open-door policy for campers with disabilities that get to attend camp whether their families have the financial resources to pay the tuition or not.

That’s why we put eggs in our suits and do the ride. To raise money for camp.

Christie says

When I was in college at University of Maine - Farmington, Pine Tree Camp was the hot place to work. I had a lot of friends who worked there so I'm familiar with the good work Pine Tree Camp does.

The ride is Saturday, February 5, leaving Dysart’s Truck Stop and Restaurant in Hermon at 10:30 AM. You are more than welcome to come to Dysart’s before we all leave and meet Christie and all the riders. Before or after the ride. We will be back at Dysart’s by about noon. Come over and say hello.

Here are all the details about the ride.

Christie was kind enough to join the Q106.5 Morning Show for a segment this morning.  Here is the conversation. Yes, she plays her Egg Ride Song.
