The execution of a search warrant at a Brewer home this week resulted in multiple arrests.

How Many People Were Detained?

Members of the Brewer Police Department, with assistance from the Maine State Police Tactical Team, searched the residence at 54 State Street at approximately 7:00 Wednesday night. Brewer Police say the search warrant was the result of a two-month long investigation into drug trafficking by numerous individuals at the residence. The Tactical Team made the initial entry into the home because of what police termed an 'elevated risk assessment.' No one was injured in the incident and police detained 11 individuals. Their names have not been released.
