2014 Bark for Life Registration Underway

There may be snow on the ground, but it's time to start thinking about walking your dog for a great cause! Registration is underway for the 2014 Bark for Life Bangor!

If you've never heard of Bark for Life, it's a lot like the Relay for Life...but with dogs! And it's not a marathon event. It's a non-competitive walk event for dogs and their humans to help raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society's fight against cancer.

I will be returning this year as co-host with my buddy, Craig Colson from WVII TV/Fox Bangor and I can't wait! I missed Bark for Life last year, so I'm very excited to be a part of it this year.

Get signed up now at the Bark for Life Bangor website. Collect some pledges. And then join us on June 14th at Hollywood Casino Raceway in Bangor. The event will begin with a short walk on the track for dogs and their humans. And then will feature plenty of vendors with products and services aimed at your four-legged friends! And the best part (as far as I'm concerned) is that there will be lots and lots of dogs!
