Public Officials Express Condolences For Death Of Corporal Cole
Public officials and police agencies are taking to social media to express their sadness over the shooting death of Corporal Eugene Cole of the Somerset County Sheriff's Office.
It seems fitting that rain is falling in Maine today, as they whole state is mourning the loss of a valued member of law enforcement. People who knew Corporal Cole talk about his dedication to public service, opting to continue to work when many would have been enjoying retirement. Our sincerest condolences to the Cole family and members of Maine's law enforcement community.
