Police have arrested a second suspect in a drive-by shooting that left a Waterville girl seriously injured.

WABI-TV reports 20-year-old Jeremiah Gamblin of Vassalboro is now charged with elevated aggravated assault for the shooting of Emmaleeah Frost. The 7-year-old was having a snack in her bedroom when she was shot last month. Frost was released after spending some time in the hospital, but still wore a back and neck brace to deal with the pain.

An attorney for 18-year-old Gavin Loabe told investigators that the pair had gone to the apartment house looking for someone else. He has been charged with aggravated assault.
