Looking for a little family fun? This is one road trip stop worth making!

Located in Gray, Maine Wildlife Park is back for the 2026 season. The park reopened on Wednesday, April 15, and is ready to welcome visitors for another season of wildlife adventures.

@toryoutdoors Taking the kids to the Maine Wildlife Park in Gray is a classic! I visited the park for the first time when I was maybe a year old. Please note that I don’t show every single area of the park in this video! There is so much to cover. Tips for this trip: Check the park website for prices based on ages & residency. ️Bring snacks/lunch to eat on the go or at their picnic tables. I start with the birds and end with the deer walk/little critters so that the exit is close by when we’re done. A lot of these animals are nocturnal so they’re mostly just chillin’ out. Check your local library, I know ours has day passes for free if you check in with them the day before! The park is run off of donations so please considering donating where you can. Respecting the animals is huge. Keeping voices down and quiet hands on the exhibits is key. Trust me, I know this can be hard with little ones! Plan on being there for about 1-2 hours based off of small children and their capacity Have fun and enjoy! #exploremaine #mainewildlifepark #toddleractivities #maine #fyp ♬ original sound - toryoutdoors
