Heroin, Crack Cocaine Seized In Old Town Drug Bust

Three Old Town residents and two New Yorkers are facing drug charges following a raid on an apartment on Water Street Friday, police said.

The Old Town residents, Daniel Legere, 30, BobbieJo Legere, 33, and Brady Osnoe, 21, have been charged with aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs and unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs, the Old Town Police Department said in a news release Friday. Josue Colon, 21, and Leonardo Contreras, 23, both of Bronx, NY, are facing the same charges.

Old Town police executed a search warrant at the home at approximately 12:45 p.m. Officers seized 200 individual packets of heroin, approximately 100 grams of crack cocaine and $3,500 in cash, the release said. The street value of the drugs was approximately $21,000.

Old Town police were assisted at the scene by the Orono Police Department.
