Old Town Man Identified As the Driver Killed in a Hampden Crash
A man who passed away when his pickup truck drove into a house in Hampden on Monday morning has been identified as an Old Town man.
No One in the Home Was Hurt
Hampden Police have identified the driver of the pickup truck as Brian Fournier, 45, of Old Town. Mr. Fournier was deceased when the police arrived at the home on Coldbrook Road around 8 a.m. and the police say it's still unclear what caused his death. Officials say there were two people inside the home at the time of the crash, but they were not injured.

The Crash Happened Early Monday Morning
It was around 8:30 Monday morning when the pickup veered from the road as it traveled east on Coldbrook Road in Hampden. WCSH-TV reports the pickup traveled through a field before hitting the home. There's no word yet on what caused the driver to leave the roadway.
Multiple Agencies Responded to the Crash
This crash remains under investigation by the Hampden Police and Penobscot County Sheriff's Departments, who were aided at the scene by the Hampden Fire Department.
