A Lincoln man facing charges for a fatal ATV accident is back in jail after allegedly violating his bail conditions.

The original charges stem from an accident in May of last year that killed 19-year-old Abigail Fiske of Millinocket. She was a passenger on an ATV being operated by 21-year-old Parker Gardner of Lincoln when the vehicle crashed. Gardner was charged with manslaughter for the accident, as well as driving drunk, and driving an ATV to endanger.

He had been released on bail but appeared in court, via video link, on Monday, for allegedly violating his bail conditions. He's accused of buying alcohol on four separate occasions at the Lagrange General Store and police say surveillance video supports that charge.

WABI-TV reports Gardner has pleaded not guilty to charges of reckless operation of an ATV and the bail violation. He's due back in court in December.
