It seems everything in 2020 has been altered in some ways.  And here we go again.

Families in central Maine look forward to the holiday season in downtown Waterville with the Annual Parade of Lights, followed by visits with Santa every weekend. However, with the current conditions regarding Covid 19, the Parade of Lights has been cancelled.  And Santa has had to put on his thinking cap, and have discussions with Mrs Claus and all the helpers, to figure out how to make visits with him work in 2020.

Here’s the plan. Children’s Discovery Museum and Kringleville 2020 goes virtual.

This year the museum is coordinating virtual Zoom call visits with Santa all season long. Think of the positive, no waiting in line in the cold.

Kringleville calls are every weekend between Thanksgiving and Christmas, beginning this Saturday and Sunday between 10 a.m and 5 p.m.  To reserve your spot text to (207) 956-0334. In your message include your name and email. If you'd like, include your children's names, and anything else you'd like to tell Santa. Registration is first come first served.

Here's the way we used to do it.
