Brewer Riverwalk Festival is Saturday

The Brewer Riverwalk has been around for almost 10 years. It has been a few years since the length of the Riverwalk was doubled.

And this Saturday is the perfect occasion to celebrate this ‘gem’.

Any day is a good day for a walk. And the Riverwalk has great views

Right along the Penobscot River, it’s a great place to go and stretch your legs. Not too many minutes into this walk and the stress will ooze out of your body and be gone. You'll be thinking Travis Tritt "It's a Great Day to Be Alive"

Brewer Riverwalk Festival has many activities for the entire family planned, but the real celebration for lots of people is this gem of a setting. It should be celebrated every day.

This Saturday the event and activities run from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Although there is a Fitness Fun Run before the official event to start at 10:30 a.m. and fireworks after the event to begin at 9 p.m.

In between lots to do for kids with numerous children’s activities and Touch a Truck. A craft fair plus all the local businesses involved. And an all day long Food Truck Alley.  Anybody hungry?

If you are wondering where to park, that’s easy. Parking is available at Brewer Auditorium with a shuttle service available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. thanks to Cyr Bus Lines.

Events all day long, with plenty for the whole family to do, but remember the actual Riverwalk. It’s there every Saturday.  And every day for everybody.
