Brewer Police Release Surveillance Photos From Circle K Robbery

Brewer police are asking for the public's help in identifying the woman who robbed the Circle K convenience store on North Main Street early Tuesday morning.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, police said the suspect, a woman wearing dark pants and a dark jacket, entered the store at approximately 12:41 a.m., displayed a weapon and demanded cash.

Police said the woman was given an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene on foot.

Brewer police searched for the suspect with assistance from Maine State Police and a K-9, but the woman could not be located.

The Brewer Police Department released surveillance photos on its Facebook page Friday, and urged anyone with information on the robbery to call the department at 989-7001.
