Folks in Dover-Foxcroft can have lots of Halloween fun this Saturday with the Haunted Hayride! It's being held at the Dover-Foxcroft Scare-grounds! (usually referred to as the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds)

The Haunted Hayride is geared toward folks over the age of 12, but there will be plenty of fun for the younger kids, too! They'll have their own area with lots of lights (so it's not scary), and different "scenes" set up where kids can interact with the props. Games will be set up for the younger kids, and everyone can enjoy the refreshments!

It all gets underway from 6 to 9pm on Saturday. Admission is three dollars for the hayride, and it's free to get into the children's area. All the money raised will support the Shiretown Homecoming Celebration that's held the first Saturday in August.

Put on your costume and spend the evening getting scared in Dover...and remember what Tim McGraw says..."Stay out of that hay!" (you never know what you might find!)
