Recent survey found more than 40 per cent of non-smokers believe they should get three to five extra vacation days per year to compensate for all the time their smoking co-workers spend on cigarette breaks.

Survey also found that the average worker who smokes spends the equivalent of about six days per year on cigarette breaks. That's a long time.

Smoking, or more specifically where one smokes, and when sure has changed over the years in America. Remember smoking on airplanes? In restaurants. In hospitals. Pretty much where ever you wanted to. And I wonder what is ahead for smoking. Will it disappear from our culture? We'll see.

Now thanks to Carrie Underwood, please take a sing along break
She said, I don't drink
But sometimes I need a stiff drink
Sipping from a high, full glass
Let the world fade away
She said, I don't smoke
But sometimes I need a long drag
Yeah, I know it might sound bad
But sometimes I need a smoke break
