Silver Alert Issued For Missing 72-Year-Old Amity Man [UPDATE]

A Silver Alert has been issued for an Amity man who left to pick up a boat, and hasn't been seen since.

UPDATE: State Police report Mr. Hill has been located and is safe.

According to the Maine State Police, Arthur Hill left 222 Tracy Road in Amity at around 2:00 Thursday. He was last seen driving a red 2015 Ford F-150 pickup, with Florida license plates KQKU93 on the bridge in Belfast, just before 10:30 p.m. He said he was going to pick up a boat in Danforth but has never returned.

Hill is 5'11" tall, weighs 230, is bald, and has grey facial hair. Anyone who sees him should call 911, or call State Police at (207) 973-3799 or 1-800-432-7381.
