Born Here Live Here Die Here  out now. Luke Bryan on Taste of Country Nights tonight after 7 on Q106.5

Here’s the story of the guy who wrote the song Born Here Live Here Die Here. He’s been a Nashville song writer for 10 years. And has also written songs for Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean. But he was able to add Singer to his Songwriting resume was because in 2016 Luke Combs sent him a random message on Instagram.  And at that time Luke Combs was not Luke Combs. Hurricane wasn’t out yet. But Luke reached out about a song he’d heard by ‘this guy’. They became buddies, but didn’t really stay connected.  Fast forward to 2018. Luke has blown up and the guy who wrote the song has released his first EP as a singer. Luke reaches out again and asking him to go on tour with him.  That guy? His debut song is rising up the charts, Some Girls. Jameson Rodgers.  And he wrote the title song from Luke Bryan’s album.
