
Maine Teen Faces Charges for a Rockland Home Invasion
An 18-year-old was arrested after an alleged home invasion during an altercation at a Rockland residence.
South Thomaston, Maine Teen Arrested for Alleged Home Invasion
Cory Brockman, 18, of South Thomaston, faces several charges:
- Felony burglary
- Criminal threatening
- Criminal mischief.
Brockman was booked into the Knox County Holding Facility.
Rockland, Maine Police Investigate an Alleged Home Invasion
Rockland Police responded to a report of a home Invasion at approximately 10:45 pm on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
When the officers arrived at the home, the suspect(s) had already fled the scene.
Police learned, however, that they were known to to the victim.
Officials say it's believed the suspect was trying to fight one of the residents, during which time the front door was kicked open, and at least one suspect got inside.
There were no reports of any injuries connected to this incident.
Rockland, Maine Suspect Arrested on South Thomaston
A search for the suspect ended when he was found in South Thomaston and taken into custody, with the assistance of the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
Anyone with information related to this case is asked to contact Officer Celjeta Bixhaku at the Rockland Police Department.
This incident remains under investigation.
