Three people are dead after a head-on collision in Raymond.

All Three Victims Died at the Scene of the Crash

The deceased have been identified by the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office:

  • Gregory Logue, 56, of Windham
  • Tamara Harmon, 80, of Raymond
  • Arthur Harmon, 80, of Raymond

All three died at the scene.

Maine Authorities Say It Appears the Pickup Was Driving Erratically

Investigators say the crash happened at approximately 11:00 Wednesday morning on the Egypt Road in Raymond. Members of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office told WGME-TV that it appears Logue's pickup truck passed another car and then drove off the roadway. His vehicle then re-entered the roadway, crossed the center line, and collided head-on with an SUV, containing the Harmons.

MDOT Data Indicates There Have Been Many Crashes on Egypt Road

The Egypt Road is a common site for crashes. Since 2020, Maine Department of Transportation data shows there have been more than 45 crashes on that road.
