Possible Reasons the Younger Generation Doesn’t Attend Church

It's one of those taboo subjects we're told not to discuss because we might accidentally offend someone - religion and spirituality. But it's no secret that less and less people are attending church these days, particularly the younger crowd. So why is that? 

This article by Lee Witting in the Bangor Daily News may just hit the nail on the head. It expresses everything I've been aware of and thinking about in my adult life, but can't seem to explain to some people in a way that gets through to them. Regardless of your denomination, religious upbringing, age, background or what have you, you have to admit Witting makes some great points. Okay, well you don't have to agree. But this is the best thing I've read in I don't know how long.
