How creative is this. A 4 year old in the car with his mother, with the windows open lost his stuffed animal out the window. Mom couldn't stop and get the kids cheetah. Traffic was too heavy and it seemed too dangerous to stop on I-95 in Rhode Island. But to calm her child, she told him they'd write a letter to the Police asking them to look for 'Roger'.
