
Maine Men Arrested In Orrington With Drugs, Stolen Vehicles
Two men are facing charges after the search of an Orrington property netted drugs and stolen vehicles.
Maine Men Arrested on Multiple Charges in Orrington
The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office identified the suspects as:
- Carl McCullough, 49, of Orrington, who's charged with burglary and theft.
- Michael Smith, 60, of Brewer, who's charged with unlawful trafficking in Scheduled drugs.
Both of the men were taken into custody without incident.
Orrington, Maine Search Warrants Nets Drugs, Stolen Vehicles
Orrington residents reported seeing a large police presence on Ruby Lane, off Snow's Corner Road, on Monday.
The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office says a search warrant was being executed at a residence on Ruby Lane in Orrington, after a several-months long investigation into multiple burglaries and thefts.

During the search, deputies recovered:
- A stolen truck
- A stolen motorcycle
- More than 60 gross grams of methamphetamine
- And a quantity of ammunition.
The Orrington search led to Brewer Police obtaining and executing an additional warrant in Brewer.
Maine Investigators Seek Information About Orrington/Brewer Arrests
Officials say the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests and charges are possible.
