Milo Woman is Facing Drug, Gun Charges After Bangor Traffic Stop
A Milo woman faces multiple charges after Bangor police found drugs and a gun in her vehicle.
Bangor Police Arrested a Milo Woman on Drug Charges
Jill HorneCarey, 45, of Milo was arrested in Bangor on Wednesday, March 20th when a traffic stop of a vehicle that she was in turned up illegal drugs.

HorneCarey Faces Drug and Firearm Charges After Alert From K9
Bangor Police Sergeant Jason McAmbley says officers stopped the car in a parking lot on 4th Street. During the traffic stop, police had K9 Raye do a walk-around of the vehicle. When Raye indicated the presence of illegal drugs, officers searched. Seized in that search were six separate packages of suspected heroin and fentanyl, as well as cash, and a loaded firearm.
HorneCarey is charged with:
- Aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs
- Violating conditions of release
- Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person
She was taken to the Penobscot County Jail.
