The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office searched two homes on Friday in Milford, charged six people, and seized illegal drugs.

What Drugs Were Seized?

Officials say the first warrant was the result of an extensive investigation and was served at 7:00 Friday morning. The residents of the home were secured while the house was searched and a number of illegal drugs were seized. These included fentanyl, crack cocaine, and prescription drugs. Four people were arrested and two others were summoned.

The second search began forty-five minutes later at another location. According to the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office, this was unrelated to the first residence. Details about the results of this search have not been released, as the investigation is ongoing.

Who is Facing Charges?

As a result of the first search, six people are facing charges:

  • Bobbie-Jo Legere, 39, of Milford is charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and violation of conditions of release.
  • Jason Robertson, 38, of Enfield was arrested for an arrest warrant for aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, and violation of conditions of release.
  • Dustin Patterson, 37, of Milford was arrested on multiple arrest warrants.
  • Nikkita Crawford, 26, of Milford is charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and unlawful possession of oxycodone.
  • Mateo Hill, 26, of Old Town was issued a summons for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
  • Hailey LeClair of Milford was issued a summons for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office said, in a post on its Facebook page:

While our office supports education, prevention, and recovery of those struggling with substance use disorder, we will use appropriate resources necessary to prevent the trafficking of dangerous drugs.

No one was hurt during these investigations.
