A lot has happened in the career of the ‘Am I Okay?’ singer since her stop at the Maine Savings Amphitheater in the summer of 2024.

While it’s impossible to list every single thing she’s done since her Bangor Waterfront concert, we wanted to spotlight the big-picture milestones that stand out most.

Starting on Thursday, August 15th, 2024, Kenny Chesney brought his ‘Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour’ to the Maine Savings Amphitheater.

That night featured a surprise appearance by Uncle Kracker, but what wasn’t surprising was the tour’s opener—Megan Moroney—who had been on every stop of Chesney’s 2024 run and had just released her sophomore album ‘Am I Okay?’ that same summer.

On September 10th, 2024, Moroney announced her ‘Am I Okay? Tour’ through her social media pages.

The tour had 25 dates that sold out on the very first day tickets went on sale to the public. It kicked off in March 2025 in Montreal, Quebec, and wrapped up in August with two back-to-back shows at The Roadrunner in Boston.

On November 1st, 2024, Moroney released her first Christmas project, a three-song EP titled ‘Blue Christmas… duh.’

The collection included ‘All I Want For Christmas is a Cowboy,’ ‘Christmas Morning,' and, fittingly, ‘Blue Christmas,' which matched both the EP’s name and her then-current ‘blue era.’

On May 9th, 2025, Moroney released ‘You Had to Be There,’ the lead single from her upcoming third studio album, featuring Kenny Chesney.

The collaboration was a full-circle moment, coming less than a year after Moroney joined Chesney on his 2024 tour, which, of course, included a stop on Bangor’s Waterfront.

On June 20th, 2025, she released her single ‘6 Months Later’ as a promotional track after first teasing it back in February.

The music video was released, and the song later made its way to country radio in July, August, and September.

We haven’t had any official announcement yet about her third studio album, but fans still have something to celebrate.

On her 28th birthday, October 9th, she released ‘Am I Okay? Tour (Live),’ a collection of 24 standout performances from her sold-out headlining run.

It’s also been a huge year, award-wise, for Megan Moroney.

She won the 2024 CMA Award for New Artist of the Year on November 20th, 2024, and followed it up by taking home the first-ever Best Country award at the 2025 MTV VMAs for her song ‘Am I Okay?’.

We don’t know when—or if—but we certainly hope when Megan Moroney comes back to Bangor, she’ll not only be a headliner, but she’ll sell out the Waterfront.
