In Maine, Haken is wanted for criminal conspiracy and two counts of elevated aggravated assault in connection with a shooting on Forest Avenue in Portland on July 30, 2024. Portland Police were called to Morrills Corner just before 9 that night and found four people with injuries, located in front of a tattoo parlor.

The victims were taken to Maine Medical Center where Susan McHugh, 54, of Gray, died of her injuries. Andrew Karp, owner of the tattoo parlor, is currently serving a 15-year sentence after pleading guilty to manslaughter. Police say they believe the shooting was a dispute between two motorcycle gangs.
