Despite Damron's Information Being Shared to Other Agencies, She is Still Missing

Police agencies across Maine have shared her information and the investigation has extended nationally and into Canada. Law enforcement K-9's have searched large parcels of land near where she was last seen but, all to no avail. Officials hope if someone sees her, they'll let the local police agency know so they can follow up.

Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss says the FBI's CARD team is now involved in the search. CARD stands for Child Abduction Rapid Deployment and the mission of the team is to investigate potential crimes against children, including things like trafficking, kidnappings, and abuse.
