Who Knew Maine Has a Cheese Festival? Its Sept 11 in Pittsfield

The Maine Cheese Festival is a great way to celebrate. The event is on Sunday, September 11.
And please note that if you want to attend the Maine Cheese Festival, you must purchase tickets in advance. There will be no walk-up tickets sold. They are only available online. Here’s the link.
The Maine Cheese Guild celebrates the many talents of the Maine cheese-making community. Of course, there will be awards.
Making cheese isn’t easy. Making great cheese is an art, so why not celebrate with some blue ribbons?
The Maine Cheese Guild supports and encourages the cheesemaking community all across Maine. This event will do that and educate cheesemakers and those that choose to go to the event
Actually events, plural. There are two sessions. The first is at 11 a.m. The second session is at 3 p.m.
Cheesemakers, animals, drinks, music, snacks, and all that cheese. Samples of cheese? Of course, all day long. What's not to love.
