Lewiston Police Arrest 5 People At a Notorious Drug House

Five people are facing charges after police searched a home in Lewiston that's known to authorities for illegal drug activity.

Who Was Arrested?

For the fourth time in nine months, Lewiston Police executed a search warrant at 149 College Street. The search was carried out by Lewiston Police, with assistance from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Androscoggin County Sheriff's Office K9 team.

Five people were arrested during the latest search:

Stephine Hallmon is charged with violation of conditions of release.
Gregory Simmons is charged with refusing to submit to arrest and fleeing.
Lucas Messer is charged with aggravated trafficking.
Christina Allen is charged with aggravated trafficking.

Lilith Price is charged with unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cocaine base, and unlawful possession of fentanyl.

What Was Seized in the Search?

Seized as a result of this search were 222 grams of methamphetamine, 15 grams of crack cocaine, 22 grams of fentanyl, and 6 oxycodone pills.

Another search of 149 College Street in Lewiston in December 2023 netted eight arrests. When Lewiston Police arrived at the scene in that case, WMTW-TV reported 17 people were at the home, many of whom tried to run off when they saw the police.
