A Richmond man died in an ATV crash while on a hunting trip.
The Fatal ATV Crash Happened on Saturday in Dixmont
Patrick LaFlamme, 65, of Richmond was killed in the crash on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
LaFlamme Failed to Return for Breakfast After a Hunting Trip
The Maine Warden Service says LaFlamme had gone hunting on his ATV early Saturday morning when he failed to return to camp for breakfast. His friends went out looking for him and found LaFlamme deceased on a tote road, approximately a mile off the Firetower Road.
Officials Say the ATV Rolled Onto Him
An initial investigation indicates that the ATV LaFlamme was driving rolled over on top of him, causing his death. This incident remains under investigation. Our condolences to Mr. LaFlamme's family and friends.
