When everyone's summer touring schedule got postponed, Luke Bryan took it as an opportunity to do some things that he and his family have always wanted to do.

He was on Live with Kelly and Ryan this week and said “summer off,’ and I’m just doing some bucket list stuff,"

That includes a whole lot of fishing.

“I loaded all of my boys up on my tour bus and we are hitting about ten trout streams out West that I have always wanted to fish with them at,” Bryan said from Wyoming.

Bryan’s American Idol castmate Ryan Seacrest was quick to ask why he wasn’t invited.

“I just have to protect you,” Bryan said with a laugh. “Ok, here’s the deal. One day I will take you fishing and you can take me to these nice restaurants and teach me all of these cuisine things that you know.”

What else is Luke celebrating this summer?  His 44th Birthday today.  he says that his wife Caroline will soon join them on their current fishing expedition. But she had better watch out. Bryan says he has been known to "hook" his fishing buddies in the past.

“Only about 100 times,” he said with another laugh.

He’s also celebrating the summer off with a perfect summer song at #1 again this week on the charts.  One Margarita.

Gabby Barrett married young, she was just 19, but she has family that married even younger — much younger. She has aunts and uncles who married at 13 or 14. ..and they’re still together 60 years later. She was an old maid by the time she got married at 19.

That’s on the list of 10 things you didn't know about Gabby Barrett.  She talked to Evan and Amber on Taste of Country Nights and you can see that list

Okay one more item.  When she was starting out trying to make it in the music biz, she was 14.  And played at grocery stores about 4 times a week.  When’s the last time you heard I Hope when you stepped into Hannafords or Shaws or Brewer IGA?

Oh speaking of youngsters.  Gotta give a shout out to Morgan Wallen for the 4th day in a row.  He’s posted new photos of baby boy Indie.
