Cole Land Museum hosts Night at the Museum Tonight
Here comes a special event at Cole Land Transportation Museum with a twist.
The museum will come alive tonight, Tuesday the 13th from 5 to 8 p.m.
That night the museum will truly be alive. With actors from Some Theater Company and Cole Museum volunteers dressed up to represent Maine’s working history.
History truly comes alive. Have a lot of family fun, and learn something too.
Jennifer Munson, Cole Land Transportation Museum Director says:
This fun filled evening will give families a new way to enjoy the Cole Land Transportation Museum. With live actors, scavenger hunts and prizes for the kids, the Night at the Museum is sure to generate plenty of laughs and entertainment for everyone.
Each actor will represent an occupation from Maine’s past, such as a train conductor, river driver, and many more.
Some Theater Company, Board member Kari Stowe talks about the upcoming evening
Members of Some Theatre Company are excited to join the Cole Land Transportation Museum for this event and help breathe life into different characters from the past. We love to inspire, promote arts, and support other organizations in the community. We hope to see you there!
Admission will be at a reduced rate of $5 for adults, and as always, children are free. Here is the link to more information.
