Maine Winter Storm Prompts a Bangor Parking Ban

The storm that arrived in Maine on Wednesday afternoon is bringing a mixed bag of precipitation. Whether you get snow, rain, or a wintry mix depends on where you live.

So the City of Bangor decided to prepare by issuing the parking ban that begins at 11 p.m. on Wednesday and ends at 6 a.m. on Thursday.

This will allow public works crews to deal with snow and/or ice on the city streets and in parking areas.
