No one was hurt when a car ran into a cafe on Hogan Road Tuesday.

Bangor Police Have Not Indicated Whether the Driver Will Face Charges

The name of the driver has not been released but officials say they were not hurt. There's no word on whether any charges will be filed.

The Driver of a Vehicle That Hit a Cafe on Hogan Road Cited Mechanical Failure

Bangor Police and Fire Department personnel responded to Vibes Cafe, 663 Hogan Road just after 3:00 Tuesday afternoon for a report of a car that had struck a building. The cafe sustained damage, as did the vehicle that hit it. Officials say the vehicle's driver believes the car suffered a mechanical problem that caused it to hit the structure. No one was hurt in the crash.

Damage to the Vibes Cafe and Vehicle Are Still Being Assessed

The costs of the damage to the building and vehicle were not immediately available. Bangor Police continue to investigate the incident.
