Bangor Police have released new information about a person suspected of an armed robbery at a Broadway convenience store.

Police say the Robbery Happened at Tom T on Broadway

The robbery happened at the Tom T convenience store, at the intersection of Broadway and Griffin Road in Bangor. Police were called to the store at approximately 7:00 Monday night, after it was reported that a person had brandished a knife and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Correction: The store was originally reported as a Circle K, but is a Tom T. store.

Authorities Have Released New Info About the Suspect's Description

Police have released more information about the suspect who was originally described only as wearing a mask and gloves. Now, officials say the suspect is a white male, 5'8" to 6'02" tall, and 250 to 300 pounds. He was wearing a black mask, gray North Face sweatshirt, possible black rain jacket underneath, with black pants, brown work boots, and gray gloves with possible texture on the palms. In addition, Bangor Police released a video of the suspect walking into the store.

After getting the cash, officials say the suspect left on foot. A police K9 tracked the individual to a point where it's believed they got into a car and fled.
