We could be in a pickle.

It's long been known our body requires fuel to function well and when certain nutrients come up missing in our system we wind up with one affliction or another.

In an ideal world, you'd always balance the right amount of fruits, veggies, meats, grains and dairy to keep your body moving just right.

But what happens if bananas are wiped out?

Supplements? After all, consumers spends millions a year, if not more, on supplements. Everything from Vitamin C to Vitamin Q is now on the market claiming one health benefit or another, but a new study suggests supplements are nothing more than an expensive placebo.

According to this latest report the best method to maintain good health still comes down to eating and drinking in moderation, and exercise.
